Booking is simple:
1. Decide what type of session you want.
2. Check when sessions are running below. Use the tabs/drop-down menu to switch between one-to-ones, courses, groups and sea swims.
3. Book online: choose the category, select the session, select the date and time, choose from the payment options and fill in your details.
4. Fill in this pre-session questionnaire
Booking is essential for all sessions. Please follow all the steps to book online -- click book online under the session or course you want. Select the date AND TIME (even if there is only one option) and then proceed with the booking.
Pre-session questionnaire. Please fill in one of these before your first session UNLESS you have filled one in within the last six months and nothing has changed since then. Your personal information is held online in a password-protected cloud, and I use it for nothing but a reference for health conditions and in an emergency situation where I would share your health information with healthcare professionals as required.
Junk emails. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe list so important emails about changes and cancellations don't go to junk or spam.
Cancellations and postponements. Outdoor swimming is always at the mercy of the elements. I will run sessions wherever possible and usually only cancel or postpone if:
There's a weather warning
There's a water quality issue
There aren't enough people to make a group or course feasible
Coronavirus. Transmission outdoors seems to be pretty unlikely. All the same, if you're feeling unwell or testing positive, please postpone your session as soon as you know. I won't charge for cancelled or postponed sessions if you have Covid-19.
