Booking is simple:

1. Decide what type of session you want.

2. Check when sessions are running below.

3. Book online: choose the category, select the session, select the date and time, choose from the payment options and fill in your details.

4. Fill in this pre-session questionnaire

Autumn to winter one-to-ones

  • Please book a 30-min one-to-one if you are new to swimming outdoors and/or swim skins (no wetsuit)

  • I will offer 45-min one-to-ones until October 22nd for wetsuit wearers only

  • No under-18s from October 1st to April 30th

  • No new swimmers when the water temperature is less than 10 degrees. Click here for the current lake temperature.


We're lucky: being outdoors makes the risk of transmitting Covid-19 very small. Please follow this advice to keep us all safe:

  • Make sure that you have your own kit, especially a swim hat, goggles and earplugs. Here's a kit list for your session

  • Make sure that you can zip up your wetsuit by yourself

  • Please bring hand santiser for after your session

  • Please verify that you're healthy and symptom-free. If you or I display symptoms, we will postpone the session.
