Front crawl beginners' workshop

Service Description

Is front crawl a mystery to you? This workshop is for those who swim little or no front crawl and would like to learn. We'll start by covering the basics on land, talking about breathing and alignment. We'll then take to the water for a swim and finish with some homework practice to take away.

Cancellation policy

Life happens and sometimes, with the best will in the world, one of us will have to cancel or rearrange a session. You cancel: If you need to cancel a session, please let me know at least 24-hours beforehand so that I can give the slot to somebody else. If there are less than 24 hours to go, I won’t be able to give you a refund. I cancel: I will only cancel if there are weather warnings, the water quality is below par or if I need to deal with illness or an emergency! I will either reschedule or refund your sessions. Occasionally, I may need to cancel if there aren't enough people to make up a course or session.
